We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer - Developer Tools to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining development setups and tools. You will work closely with developers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure the efficiency and quality of our software development. What You Will Get To Do
Develop and maintain containerized development setups.Develop and maintain automated code quality and code style checks.Develop and maintain internal CLI tools.Maintain monorepo build system, file structure, and documentation.Work with a diverse group of developers from various disciplines, such as robotics, web, data pipeline, and machine learning, to support their development needs.
What You Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3-7 years of experience in software engineering roles.Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Python or similar.Hands on experience with Docker or other containerization technologies.Solid understanding of Linux operating system.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
What Will Set You Apart
Experience with Build systems such as Bazel and Nx.Familiarity with robotics systems to support robotic applications (e.g., ROS, real-time systems, sensor integration).Hands-on experience in CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
