SEB Kort is looking for an experienced, technically strong, and driven CRM DevOps Engineer. You are a DevOps engineer with a strong focus on support and deployment processes, ensuring the smooth deployment, maintenance, optimization, and operation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Joining our dynamic international team, you will play a key role in our mission to be the market leader for corporate payments in Europe. 

About the role 
As a CRM DevOps engineer, you will be part of our international agile CRM Dynamics 365 platform team, manage and maintain our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM application that support our wide range of card and payment products. You will plan, design, develop, test, and maintain solutions together with your agile team. 

Your responsibilities will include: 
- Administration of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM landscape, including user management, system configuration, and ongoing maintenance. 
- Support production and non-production environments, ensuring system stability and availability. 
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 CRM deployments (including automation of deployment processes) 
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide incident resolution. 
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless releases. 
- Implement best practices for security, compliance, and governance in CRM deployments. 
- Taking an active role in sharing your knowledge and contributing to improving customer experience

Who we are looking for:

  •  A completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification 
  • Strong experience with the administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and Customer Service modules) 
  • Strong experience in incident management, monitoring, and support operations 
  • Experience in common programming languages and technologies in the CRM environment, such as JavaScript, .NET, C#, PowerShell is desirable 
  • Confident use of modern Microsoft Azure technologies such as Active Directory is an advantage 
  • Conceptual and analytical skills as well as quick comprehension and a goal-oriented way of working 
  • Practical experience with DevOps and agile methodologies is a must 
  • Fluency in English
