About the role
As an AI Powered Mobile App Developer (IOS/Android), you will take ownership of the technical direction and delivery of a mobile app and supporting platform at a pivotal early stage of the business. This is a highly hands-on, product-focused role where you will act as the lead engineer and technical owner, working closely with the CEO to turn vision into a scalable, high-quality product.

Responsibilities
Leverage AI-powered development tools, LLMs, and vibe-coding workflows, MCP to accelerate delivery while maintaining engineering qualityTake full ownership of the lead technical and development role within the business, responsible for delivering the mobile app and supporting platform end to endAct as the technical owner of the product, driving feature delivery, workflow refinement, and ongoing bug fixingLead the design, development, and deployment of new features across mobile applications (iOS and Android) and supporting backend servicesBuild, release, and maintain production-ready mobile applications, managing Android and iOS deploymentsMaintain and continuously improve existing workflows to ensure a high-quality, stable, and scalable user experienceWork in a tech-focused product ownership capacity, translating the CEO’s vision into practical, scalable technical solutionsImmerse yourself in the product, users, and problem space to proactively identify improvements and suggest innovative ways to evolve and grow the platformBalance front-end and back-end development responsibilities (approximately 50/50)Operate with a high degree of autonomy, collaborating closely with the CEO and other contributors across the businessLay the technical foundations for future scale, shaping engineering practices, standards, and decisions as the company grows
Requirements
2 years of experience in AI-Powered Development / AI Agents / LLMs / Vibe Coding / MCP.2 years of experience in Prompt Engineering for AI-Driven Feature Development (Replit, Cursor, Bolt, Loveable, Tempolabs, etc.)2 years of experience in Passion for Technology, Confidence, and Idea Sharing3 years of experience in Mobile Application Deployment (Android / iOS).A strong product mindset, with the ability to think beyond code and focus on user value and business outcomes.High level of passion and commitment to the project, with a genuine interest in the product, its users, and its long-term success.Comfortable working in an early-stage startup with ambiguity, pace, and evolving priorities.
