Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable and efficient software solutions for our productCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresBuild, deploy, and maintain web applications using modern tools and frameworksOptimize the performance and scalability of our applicationsConduct code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable codeParticipate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related fieldProven experience as a Backend Software Engineer, preferably in a scale-up environmentExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)Understanding of Linux system administration and Kubernetes deploymentsStrong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, RustSolid understanding of database management systemsInterest in AI and machine learning concepts is a plusExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work independently and take ownership of projects
