Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient software solutions for our product
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Build, deploy, and maintain web applications using modern tools and frameworks
  • Optimize the performance and scalability of our applications
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable code
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Backend Software Engineer, preferably in a scale-up environment
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
  • Understanding of Linux system administration and Kubernetes deployments
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Rust
  • Solid understanding of database management systems
  • Interest in AI and machine learning concepts is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
