Accountabilities
Build and maintain backend services written in GoDesign and evolve clean, well-documented APIsOwn services end-to-end: design, implementation, deployment, and monitoringWork on high-throughput, revenue-critical workflowsCollaborate closely with frontend, data, and product partnersParticipate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and retrospectivesRamp into Go with support, feedback, and real ownership
Requirements
5+ years of professional backend engineering experienceStrong experience in Ruby, Python, or PHPTrack record of owning production systemsSolid understanding of databases, schemas, and migrationsInterest in learning Go and systems-level conceptsPragmatic approach to architecture and tradeoffsClear written and verbal communication skills
