The Platform team creates the technology that enables Spotify to learn quickly and scale easily, enabling rapid growth in our users and our business around the globe. Spanning many disciplines, we work to make the business work; creating the infrastructure, tooling, frameworks, and capabilities needed to welcome a billion customers.
What if the systems you built changed how millions of developers work — not just at Spotify, but across the industry?
You’ll join the AI Fleet Management team within Platform Developer Experience. We’re building the next generation of fleet management — evolving proven internal capabilities into a scalable experience that ships externally through Portal, Spotify’s developer platform built on Backstage.
Our platform enables engineering teams to execute safe, automated, fleet-wide changes across thousands of repositories and environments. From mature platform engineering organizations to teams investing in developer experience for the first time, we’re delivering tooling that improves reliability, automation, and developer satisfaction at scale.
If you’re excited about building systems that directly improve how developers ship and maintain software, this is your opportunity to have meaningful impact while growing your skills.
What You'll Do
