What if the systems you built changed how millions of developers work — not just at Spotify, but across the industry? You’ll join the AI Fleet Management team within Platform Developer Experience. We’re building the next generation of fleet management — evolving what we’ve proven internally into a scalable experience that ships externally through Portal, Spotify’s developer platform built on Backstage.

From mature platform engineering organizations to teams investing in developer experience for the first time, we’re delivering tooling that improves reliability, automation, and developer satisfaction at scale.
