We are currently seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to join Kraków Hub. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a high growth environment with rapidly evolving needs. This individual will contribute to our forms platform, working across multiple codebases including our legacy PHP system, modern Python-based AI agents, and frontend components. What your day could consist of:
Supporting forms platformMaintaining and enhancing form rendering, processing, and submission logic in our PHP applicationContributing to our AI-powered form generationEnhancing AI-driven form optimization and personalization featuresDeveloping features in the forms dashboard and form builderOptimizing form rendering and user experienceWorking with cross functional teamsEngaging in pairing and code reviewsParticipation in the on-call rotation for incidents
What is needed
4+ years of work experience in a software engineering role.Demonstrated knowledge of the challenges of scaling SaaS systemsExperience writing production code in PHP following accepted coding standardsExperience with Python for backend servicesFamiliarity with DB technologies: MySQL, DynamoDB, RedisStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple codebases and technologies
Nice to have:
Experience or interest in frontend technologies such as React or AngularExperience or interest in AI/ML system or LLM integrations Familiarity with CI/CD practices and patternsKnowledge of AWS (or any public cloud) Understanding of form builders
