Accountabilities
Help train large language models to produce high-quality code.Compare and rank code snippets, providing detailed explanations.Repair and refactor AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.Inject feedback into the RLHF pipeline to enhance model learning.
Requirements
3+ years of professional software engineering experience in C++.Strong instincts for code review, able to spot errors and security issues.Extreme attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.Ability to work asynchronously in a low-oversight environment.
