Responsibilities
Engineer scalable and secure collaboration platforms (chat, conferencing, file share, workflow automation) to ensure high performance, reliability and usability.Apply DevOps practices (e.g. CI/CD) to automate deployments and workflows, improving efficiency, product quality and on-boarding speed. Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards to monitor the platform health, applying SRE principles to improve uptime and responsiveness. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the collaboration experience, drive feature enhancements, and explore emerging technologies like AI and automation.
Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)
Background in Computer Science or Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience. Experience with programming languages (Python, Powershell, or similar) and familiarity with applying DevOps/SRE practices. Exposure to collaboration platforms and tools (e.g. MS Teams, Slack, Zoom).Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to explore new tools.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.Knowledge or exposure to automation and observability platforms and tools (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus, Terraform).Internship or project experience with collaboration or conferencing platformsParticipation in hackathons, open-source projects, or personal automation projects.
