What You Will Be Doing
- Support the Data Science team in analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and contribute to data-driven solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis on topics such as customer behavior, search optimization, catalog management, finance, and commercial performance.
- Support the development, testing, and monitoring of machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
- Contribute to data visualization and reporting initiatives to support decision-making across the business.
- Assist in ensuring data governance, security, and privacy best practices are followed.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in data science, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
What We Are Looking For:
- A university Graduate or currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data analytics, machine learning, and solving business problems using data.
- Good understanding of statistics, probability, and data analysis concepts.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar tools.
- Exposure to machine learning concepts and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to impactful projects.
