About The Role

  • As a QA Engineer/Software Test Engineer at Trendyol, you'll be responsible for developing and enhancing the platform by coding new features and improving existing ones to deliver an exceptional user experience. You'll contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth by acquiring new skills and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies alongside your team. Your daily tasks will include participating in planning meetings, estimating tasks, and conducting code and pair reviews.
  • Responsibilities

  • You will be coding new features automation test and improve the existing platform to exalt the Trendyol platform experience, and scale.
  • You will continuously improve yourself with your team members learning new technologies and acquiring new skills.
  • You will participate in planning meetings, estimate tasks, do code reviews and code in pairs.
  • Expected Qualifications

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • QA Engineer / Software Test Engineer experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge on automated testing frameworks and languages.
  • Experience writing & maintaining automated test scripts for mobile applications is a plus.
  • Experience or eagerness to test mobile applications across various platforms and operating systems, such as iOS.
  • Knowledge on Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Proactive attitude in identifying issues and solutions that help improve software quality.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, low-structure, constantly changing atmosphere and prioritizing work appropriately.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and debugging skills.
  • A curious, meticulous observer who executes test cases creatively and innovatively.
  • Willingness to speak up when something doesn't feel right with productive feedback.
