About You:
You are a proactive and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer with a passion for building scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating across teams to streamline development workflows, improve CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system reliability. With a solid foundation in cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP), infrastructure as code (like Terraform or CloudFormation), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), you bring both technical depth and a strong problem-solving mindset to the table. You are driven by continuous improvement and eager to contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our software development team.
  • Automate and improve software build and deployment to our test systems, from software-in-the-loop all the way up to flight test aircraft.
  • Support Database Management activities in the context of ML/NLP
  • Coordinate between our software, flight test, and IT teams to ensure tools and infrastructure support all of our activities.
  • Document and communicate work to encourage uptake of new tools around the team.
  • Qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Science or a related subject, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
  • Demonstrable deep experience with Linux, Git, Docker, AWS, CI/CD tools, relational database management and configuration, infrastructure and configuration management tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • AWS and Azure experience.
  • Bonus:

  • Knowledge of networking and network security best practices. 
  • Experience supporting ML workflows.
  • Experience managing Mysql, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with software products that include a physical systems component, such as aircraft and robotics.
