DevOps Engineer [Talents Bench]

This role offers the opportunity to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for high-availability, enterprise-grade applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions, ensuring operational excellence across systems and platforms. The position emphasizes automation, performance monitoring, and cloud architecture best practices while providing support for mission-critical applications. You will contribute to both strategic planning and hands-on execution, impacting the reliability and efficiency of technology services. This fully remote role requires working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with the flexibility to engage globally while being based in Brazil.

• Analyze customer requirements for system availability, security, performance, and software components.
• Design, document, and implement cloud hosting systems, including capacity planning, network design, and instance type selection.
• Automate deployments and configuration management to ensure consistency, repeatability, and traceability.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, perform load/stress testing, and tune infrastructure for optimal performance.
• Respond to support tickets and incidents according to SLA commitments, participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation as required.
• Maintain documentation for internal systems, customer deployments, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, software architects, and developers to validate infrastructure deliverables.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS); experience with other cloud providers is a plus.
• Advanced Linux and/or Windows system administration skills.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, HTTP protocols, web accelerators, load balancers, reverse proxies, and CDNs.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable, secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-oriented skills, with the ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced to fluent English communication skills are essential.
• Nice to have: AWS certifications or willingness to get certified; interest in Generative AI technologies.
