Our team of experienced engineers is dedicated to simplifying and accelerating innovation for inventors and creators through a cutting-edge Experimentation Platform. We help inventors and aspiring inventors to test ideas and hypotheses in both digital and physical environments, leveraging A/B testing (among other kinds of experiments) to make the best data-driven decisions. By helping inventors to integrate experimentation into their product lifecycle, we help them ensure faster, better, and safer product releases. Our mission is to empower inventors by helping them bring their ideas to life through a structured, data-driven process. We are committed to developing a versatile platform that caters to the diverse needs of inventors, cultivating a culture of experimentation that minimizes risks, improves their product quality, and fuels their innovation. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to help build and evolve our Experimentation Platform. You’ll support the technical direction of the team to design, build, and deploy scalable services and data pipelines. You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable services and data pipelines. You will also collaborate with other teams across the inventors garage ecosystem to design and implement secure and scalable integration layers between multiple components and our platform (including authentication/authorization components). We ask that you have experience with data-heavy applications, scalable microservices, and modern development practices. You have a passion for driving innovation and solving complex problems, as well as mentoring and guiding other engineers. You will require a good level of communication and discussions with other teams to reach technical agreements. You will report to the function manager, and this is a hybrid work style role.
