Engineer I - Software

What you'll do:

Work on individual work packages under the guidance and support of more senior team members.

Continuously develop your skills by taking on tasks slightly outside your comfort zone as part of your growth journey.

Deliver individual work packages and small product improvements with increasing independence.

Develop and maintain Java and Kotlin code.

Apply your “I-shaped” expertise with a strong focus on one core software engineering area (e.g., data engineering, server-side development, native applications, or web development).

Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your work, especially code quality and meeting functional requirements, while receiving support from more experienced engineers when needed.

What you'll need:

Basic working knowledge of software engineering concepts, gained through studies or self-learning.

Up to 2 years of professional experience (or none—junior level welcome).

Ability to solve straightforward technical problems using established guidelines and procedures.

Understanding of some product features within your team and willingness to contribute to design discussions.

Ability to deliver small component improvements and resolve common issues with support.

Openness to learning, working under guidance, and gradually increasing your independence.
