What you will be doing
You will lead IT Service Quality Management team (~22 people), be part of Baltic IT services leadership team, manage Service desk, incident and problem handling, monitoring functions, as well technical solutions, vendors, contracts, stakeholders in Tech area and beyond. Our brilliant techies work hard to future proof SEB’s digital architecture and customer products because it genuinely makes a huge impact for our customers and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the Service desk, incident handling and monitoring teams, own respective platforms and services
Manage services development roadmap and team activities backlog
Ensure necessary and up to date team competences
Manage relevant assets, expenses, contracts, external supplier services
Ensure governance and control requirements are fulfilled in your area
Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in the company and with vendors
