Engineering Manager
Pipedrive • EEWe’re hiring a Tallinn-based Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for Pipedrive’s customer-facing insights, reporting, and analytics capabilities. This role is focused on ensuring the reliable delivery of features that help customers understand performance, track results, and make better data-driven decisions.
We are building an AI-native engineering culture, where AI is becoming a core part of how work gets done. In this role, you will lead a product engineering team and help embed AI into everyday engineering practices across exploration, prototyping, and delivery.
You will be accountable for people leadership, delivery enablement, and the overall operational health of this product area, working in close partnership with Product, Design, Data, and other stakeholders to support roadmap execution and quality objectives.
You will also collaborate closely with business and product counterparts, as well as a broad set of stakeholders, to shape technical direction, support execution, and ensure that engineering work aligns with strategic priorities. If this sounds like your next step, we’d love to chat!

Champion a quality-first mindset, ensuring strong engineering practices, performance, and operational excellence
Identify delivery bottlenecks, manage risks proactively, and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and timely delivery
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups, fostering partnerships and serving as a role model for engineers and managers
Does this sound like you?
A solid background in software engineering, with 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in the tech industry as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or in a similar people leadership role
Ability to lead, develop, and support software engineers through clear expectations, regular feedback, coaching, and performance management
Strong product mindset, with a focus on understanding customer problems and partnering effectively with product counterparts
Proven ability to drive delivery and continuously improve how teams execute against a defined roadmap
Practical experience in using AI tools and workflows and openness to growing into an AI-native way of working
Ability to lead by example with a hands-on leadership style, staying close to the team’s technical work and challenges
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align across engineering, product, and design teams
Experience with hiring and growing engineering talent, including supporting career development and identifying future leaders
You understand the value of standardization and process, while staying driven to improve them where possible
