Responsibilities:
Spearhead the implementation of new technologies to solve problems and improve existing systems, encourage standardization of best practices & methodologiesFine-tune the technical stack with a focus on performance, security, stability, and scalabilityWrite client-side code to create super-fast, easy-to-use, web-based applications which include websites for both desktop and mobile browsers, and hybrid in-app pagesParticipate in design discussions and roadmap planningReview and support frontend technical designs across teams to maximize speed and scaleBuild libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications, speedup development efficiency, and improve code qualityCoach, mentor, and grow team members
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experienceMinimum 7+ years of experience in frontend development with 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role Hands-on development experience with TypeScript, React and JavascriptExperience with web services, microservices, APIs, and SOAProven track record of delivering projects with high-quality UIUnderstanding of state-management patterns such as Redux, Flux, or similarAbility to provide technical expertise and complete peer code reviews to team members in a timely manner to ensure code standards, completeness, cleanliness, and quality
