This role is 100% Remote, Work From Home based.
Responsibilities:
Business & Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and business teams to deeply understand workflows and translate complex business requirements into intuitive, high-quality frontend solutions.Platform & Frontend Architecture: Design and build reusable component libraries, internal frameworks, and frontend infrastructure to support large-scale SaaS and CRM systems used across multiple teams.CRM & Internal Systems Development: Lead the development of enterprise-level CRM and internal management tools for high-value clients and institutional partners. Model complex workflows, permissions, and data relationships into scalable frontend solutions.AI & Intelligent Features: Participate in the design and implementation of AI-powered features such as conversational interfaces (Copilots), intelligent workflows, and data insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.Application Development: Build performant, maintainable web applications compatible with modern desktop and mobile browsers using clean and well-structured code.Performance & Quality: Optimize frontend performance for large data volumes and complex UIs. Ensure high delivery quality, system stability, and predictable release timelines.
Requirements:
5+ years of frontend development experience, with strong expertise in React.js.Solid exposure to AI or LLM integrations (e.g. AI Copilots, workflow automation, intelligent insights).Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend best practices.Proficient in TypeScript, with experience building scalable and maintainable applications.Strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and React Hooks.Hands-on experience with frontend performance optimization, such as code splitting, lazy loading, virtualization, and caching.Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and workflows (e.g. Webpack, Babel, ESLint).Strong sense of code quality, maintainability, and long-term system design.Fluent in both English and Chinese for efficient cross team collaboration.
