Own and evolve the AI-powered systems that drive Higgsfield's go-to-market engine, including HubSpot, Stripe, Ironclad, and emerging AI-native GTM tooling.
Design and build scalable workflows across lead management, customer acquisition, deal execution, contracting, onboarding, renewals, and revenue operations.
Serve as the primary owner of GTM systems architecture, integrations, automation strategy, and operational intelligence.
Build AI agents, workflows, and automations that eliminate manual work, improve decision-making, and increase GTM efficiency across the customer lifecycle.
Evaluate and implement new AI tools, copilots, and workflow orchestration platforms to accelerate commercial operations.
Leverage AI to optimize lead routing, qualification, enrichment, account research, forecasting, customer health monitoring, and operational workflows.
Identify bottlenecks across the revenue funnel and deploy automated solutions that improve conversion, speed, and visibility.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Finance, and Leadership to build scalable operational infrastructure.
Own system integrations and operational workflows that ensure data flows seamlessly across the commercial stack.
Develop reporting infrastructure that provides real-time visibility into pipeline, bookings, revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and GTM performance.
Build dashboards, operational metrics, and AI-assisted reporting workflows that support executive decision-making.
Ensure data quality and consistency across HubSpot, Stripe, Ironclad, product analytics, and other business systems.
Partner with leadership to define KPIs, forecasting methodologies, and operational benchmarks.
Document, optimize, and continuously improve GTM processes across the entire revenue lifecycle.
Design and deploy AI-powered workflows using platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or custom API integrations.
Build internal tools, copilots, agents, and operational workflows that increase productivity across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
Stay at the forefront of AI applications in GTM and identify opportunities to create leverage through automation and intelligent systems.
Support strategic initiatives related to scaling Higgsfield's commercial infrastructure.
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Solutions Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a similar systems-focused role.
Experience building automations and integrations using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Retool, or custom APIs.
Strong understanding of modern AI tools and LLM workflows, including OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
Experience designing AI-powered workflows, agents, copilots, or operational automations that improve business outcomes.
Experience supporting billing, subscription, or revenue operations through Stripe or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, operational reporting, and business intelligence systems.
Proficiency with SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools, APIs, and data workflows.
Strong builder mentality with a bias toward automation, experimentation, and shipping practical solutions quickly.
