At FloQast, we’re on a mission to empower accounting and finance teams to work more intelligently, efficiently, and strategically. As part of the GTM Engineering function, you’ll join a high-impact team that builds the technical foundation for our go-to-market operations - automation, workflow optimization, tooling, and analytics.
In this role, you’ll use Clay and other AI tools to design, build, and maintain automations that streamline our GTM workflows and drive operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to turn manual, repetitive processes into scalable systems.
This is a great opportunity for a technically minded operator who loves tinkering with SaaS tools, connecting data, and turning ideas into automated, measurable workflows.
This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted in the future.
What You'll Do
Collaborate closely with GTM (Sales, Marketing, RevOps) stakeholders to identify strategic objectives, pinpoint operational bottlenecks, and design automated solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and pipeline visibility.
Lead cross-functional projects that enhance workflow scalability, build data-driven targeting models, and support overall GTM execution from segmentation to campaign orchestration.
Build, configure, and maintain automation workflows in Clay, connecting to systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Gong and other GTM tools.
Manage existing Clay data models and integrations - ensure data accuracy, enrichment, and flow across the GTM tech stack.
Test, monitor, and optimize Clay automations to ensure they remain performant and aligned with evolving GTM processes.
Create clear documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials for Clay workflows and related GTM tooling.
What You'll Bring
4–6 years of experience in a technical GTM, operations, or automation role (e.g., Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, GTM Engineering).
Hands-on experience with Clay - building, automating, and maintaining workflows that integrate with CRMs, enrichment APIs, or GTM systems.
Strong technical and analytical mindset with a passion for automating repetitive tasks and improving business processes.
Experience connecting tools via APIs, webhooks, or no-code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Workato).
Familiarity with GTM data structures (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities) and how they flow between systems.
High comfort level working with data-filtering, transforming, and enriching datasets to improve GTM targeting and segmentation.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially when explaining technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to take projects from concept to deployment with minimal oversight.
Demonstrated experience leading projects/mentoring team members in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice To Haves/Other
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or B2B tech environment.
Exposure to SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation or light automation scripting.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM/marketing tools connected to GTM workflows.
Curiosity about data pipelines, workflow orchestration, and the evolving landscape of GTM technology.
