We are currently looking for a Head of Mobile Engineering who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Chief Product Officer (CPO), your focus will be on leading the strategic and operational development of our mobile applications. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for digital excellence with your capacity for strategic vision and hands-on leadership. You will shape the future of our mobile offering within a company that prizes innovation, quality, and results.
What you will do
Lead and inspire a cross-functional mobile team including developers, product owners, and UX/UI designers
Define and execute a mobile strategy that aligns with broader business and technology goals
Drive consistency, performance, and quality across our iOS and Android platforms
Establish scalable processes and team structures to support growth, capacity, and agile excellence
Represent mobile initiatives in executive forums, cross-departmental collaborations, and strategic planning
What you should bring
5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with several years in a leadership role
Strong technical understanding of mobile platforms, architectures, and frameworks (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, KMP)
Demonstrated success leading agile, cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality mobile products
Experience aligning product, design, and technology around common KPIs and business outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills from developer to executive level
