This role offers a high-impact opportunity to manage and scale both web and trading infrastructure in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. You will ensure the availability, security, and performance of web properties, token APIs, real-time data feeds, and trading systems, supporting millions of users and critical operational workflows. The position spans deployment, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and ETL data pipelines, combining both DevOps and product-minded engineering. You will collaborate across teams, implement observability and security best practices, and lead incident response and post-mortems. The ideal candidate thrives in hybrid roles requiring context-switching between high-traffic web applications and low-latency trading environments. Accountabilities:
Deploy, monitor, and scale web properties and developer tools across public cloud providers, ensuring high availability and reliabilityOperate and maintain token APIs, trade and quote indexers, and real-time data feeds for network and market activityBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and infrastructure-as-code deployments to improve developer velocity and deployment confidenceImplement observability, logging, monitoring, alerting, and dashboards across web and trading infrastructureManage security practices, secrets, and hardened deployments across all environmentsBuild and operate ETL pipelines, monitor network and trading venue behavior, and maintain co-located nodes and other trading infrastructureDrive incident response, conduct post-mortems, and maintain technical documentation and runbooks for team operationsRequirements:
5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering rolesExperience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormationProficiency with public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare)Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, BuildKite, CircleCI, etc.)Experience building and operating monitoring and alerting stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)Comfortable with incident response and on-call rotationsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate asynchronously across time zonesProduct-minded with the ability to balance quality, reliability, and shipping speedBonus Qualifications:
