Hybrid/Remote
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Engineer in United States.
This role is a hybrid infrastructure position responsible for maintaining and scaling web and trading systems in a fast-paced, high-availability environment. You will ensure that APIs, indexers, web properties, and trading infrastructure operate reliably while also supporting co-located nodes and real-time data pipelines. The position requires a balance of DevOps, SRE, and product-minded engineering, enabling you to contribute to both frontend web systems and latency-sensitive trading environments. You will work on CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and observability, security, and incident response while collaborating with distributed teams across time zones. This is an opportunity to take ownership of critical infrastructure, optimize reliability, and enhance developer velocity in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Deploy, monitor, and scale web properties and developer tools across public cloud providers to ensure high availability for millions of users.
  • Operate and maintain token APIs, trade and quote indexers, and real-time data feeds for trading infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and infrastructure-as-code configurations to improve deployment confidence.
  • Implement observability through logging, monitoring, alerting, and dashboards for web and trading systems.
  • Manage secrets, enforce security best practices, and harden deployments across all environments.
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and proactive monitoring for trading and network infrastructure performance.
  • Lead incident response, conduct post-mortems, and create technical documentation and runbooks for operational resilience.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, BuildKite, CircleCI, etc.).
  • Experience building and operating monitoring and alerting stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.).
  • Incident response experience and comfort with on-call rotations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work asynchronously across multiple time zones.
  • Bonus: experience with trading systems, latency-sensitive infrastructure, or blockchain-based tooling.
  • Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with potential equity options.
  • Remote-friendly or hybrid work environment with flexibility.
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
  • Collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work culture.
  • Access to cutting-edge infrastructure and exposure to high-performance systems.
