Siepe is seeking an Infrastructure Senior Engineer with strong expertise in operating systems, networking, and public cloud platforms. The ideal candidate has advanced experience managing Linux and Windows environments, primarily within AWS, along with solid networking skills.
This role also requires hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining Linux and Windows environments. The successful candidate will also use automation and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bash and PowerShell to streamline workflows and improve scalability.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage and optimize Linux and Windows operating systems across AWS and Azure environments, ensuring performance, security, and stability at an expert level. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IP networking issues, including Layer 3 routing, firewall configuration, and VPNs within public cloud environments and connecting to 3rd party vendor networks. Design, automate, and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Terraform, Bash, PowerShell, and related Infrastructure as Code tools. Provide technical leadership in cloud architecture, infrastructure provisioning, and automation initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert on networking, cloud security protocols such as SAML2, SSO, and IdP, as well as Privileged Access Management. Work closely with senior leadership and clients to deliver secure, scalable, and customized infrastructure solutions. Architect identity and business continuity/disaster recovery (BCP/DR) processes for public cloud environments, including comprehensive understanding of RTO and RPO requirements for critical workloads.
What You’ll Bring
Extensive experience working in AWS, with Azure experience strongly preferred. Advanced understanding of IAM roles, policies, RBAC and privilege management in both AWS and Azure. Proven expertise in Linux and Windows administration across complex enterprise environments. Extensive experience with enterprise networking, including Layer 3 routing, firewall configuration, IP troubleshooting, and VPN management. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, including Terraform and PowerShell scripting. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience working in a Managed Services Provider environment, especially within alternative investment management. Familiarity with configuration management tools and DevOps practices. 5+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms, with AWS preferred. Experience using generative AI tools to assist with scripting, documentation, and troubleshooting. Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
