Position Overview
Consultants partner with clients to evaluate business process challenges and design technical solutions using enterprise development tools. This role blends technical execution with client-facing communication and process analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Identify business process inefficiencies and recommend automation or system improvementsDesign, configure, and implement solutions using modern enterprise development toolsTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versaCollaborate within a small, cross-functional team to meet strict project deadlinesCommunicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersContribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives within a growing organization
Required Qualifications
Exposure to modern development languages such as JavaScript, C#/.NET, Python, or similarFamiliarity with database design and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsClean background and professional presentation
Preferred Experience
Exposure to enterprise platforms such as CRM systems, workflow automation tools, business intelligence solutions, or collaboration platformsExperience working within Microsoft-centric technical environmentsBackground in both development and business process analysis
Education & Experience
Degree in a computer-related field preferred, or minimum of two years of experience in a Microsoft-heavy technical environment
