Requirements
10+ years of software engineering experience4+ years in engineering management rolesExperience leading multiple Agile teams in complex environmentsStrong experience with cloud platforms, especially AWSDeep understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and modern engineering practicesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience operating in regulated environments or government programs
