In this role, you will lead an Agile engineering team, driving product roadmap achievements and engineering excellence. Accountabilities
Lead an Agile engineering team to achieve product roadmap objectives.Oversee the entire technology stack, focusing on both frontend and backend technologies.Design, develop, and deploy Cloud-based applications with a microservices architecture.Partner with product managers to deliver timely and high-quality deliverables.Optimize code, automate routine tasks, and troubleshoot issues.Research new technologies to align with the business unit's strategic direction.Mentor and coach engineering team members to support their growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.6 years of experience as an Engineering Manager with web-based applications, or 4 years with a Master's degree.Expertise in designing APIs and microservices using technologies like React, Angular, Java Spring Boot, or Golang.Experience with CI/CD practices using Git and AWS or Bitbucket pipelines.Proficiency in designing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.Strong coaching skills to guide software engineering teams.
