As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team driving innovation across exciting and unique projects in the energy and IoT sectors. You’ll tackle complex technical challenges, lead architectural decisions, and shape the direction of solutions. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll also play a key role in mentoring others and sharing knowledge across the team.

What you will bring
Expertise in web developmentExpertise in Java and/or Kotlin (experience with Spring and Java certification are strong pluses)Expertise in frontend development (experience with TypeScript and React is a strong plus)Strong understanding of cloud computing and on-premises infrastructure (experience with AWS is a strong plus)Experience with modular monolithic and/or microservices architectures, including asynchronous communication conceptsProficiency in modern SQL and NoSQL databases (certification is a plus)Strong commitment to ownership and delivering high-quality solutionsDemonstrated initiative and the ability to mentor and support team membersExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsFluency in English and Lithuanian
