The Software Engineer plays a key role within each phase of the software development lifecycle. This individual will work cross-functionally with the company’s infrastructure, security, data warehouse, and other development teams to provide customer-centric solutions and build a world-class background check platform to meet the exploding growth of the company and business demand.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain service-oriented architecture platforms from start to finish.Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.Interact with internal stakeholders and external customers.Validate requirements.Support build and deployments.Integration and unit testing.Applications support / troubleshooting across environments.
Qualifications
BE/BTECH/MS in Computer Science or equivalent education.4+ years of system development experience using the following technologies:Java i18nSpring Boot FrameworkJ2EE Technologies including JSP/Servlets, EJB3, JMS, JDBC, JMXRESTful Web Services/SOA, XML, XSLJAX-RS, JSONTomcat, JBoss, SQL Server, Mongo DBHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScriptAngular/React SPA FrameworkFamiliarity with modern web application technologies & frameworks.Code Build and Deploy Tools such as Jenkins/Code Build.Solid understanding of Agile or SCRUM development process and software release processes.Must be a self-starter who is highly organized, hands-on, and a team player.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication.
