Do you enjoy working in a team that builds trading solutions, where you can turn ideas into real, impactful improvements? We’re looking for a Mid-Senior Software Developer to join our Trading team in the Savings & Investments Tribe. 

Our Trading team builds and develops important applications that support trading services used by our Baltic clients. We work in an environment where attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving matter a lot – but just as important is how we support each other and work as a team. 

Your day-to-day

  • Build and maintain applications 

  • Work closely with business developers (analysts) to ensure smooth delivery and quality 

  • Investigate and resolve issues quickly and effectively 

  • Create and maintain technical documentation 

  • Work in a highly autonomous team – owning scope, planning, and delivery 

Your skills and experience

  • 3+ years of experience with Java (Spring Boot) 

  • 3+ years of experience with TypeScript (Angular) 

  • Strong knowledge of databases and storage (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, Hibernate) 

  • Experience with build and deployment tools (Maven, Docker, OpenShift, Argo CD, Jenkins) 

  • Familiarity with testing practices (e.g., JUnit, Playwright) 

  • Solid understanding of modern tech stack (REST API, JSON/XML, Tomcat, Logback, Ehcache) 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail 

  • Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks independently 

  • Fluent English 

  • A proactive, positive, can-do mindset
