What you will do
Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iterationWrite and maintain a full unit test suiteHelp manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelinesCollaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practicesWrite performant, scalable and testable code with the help of modern toolsParticipate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architectureParticipate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributionsBalance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible resultsParticipate in interview process to raise the technical bar and to bring new talent
What should my qualifications be?
4+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customersEnglish is at the level B2, both written and spoken, for active communication with native speakersComfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with rapid iteration cyclesProven track record of owning feature development, from requirements to delivery, with realistic timelinesExperience working within Scrum and Agile teamsComfortable writing and maintaining technical and supporting documentation
Key Requirements:
Strong commercial experience with Flutter and solid proficiency in DartDeep understanding of cross-platform mobile architecture principlesExperience with:State management solutions (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, or similar)Navigation and complex routing structuresResponsive and adaptive UI development across multiple screen sizesIntegration of REST APIs and/or GraphQL servicesExperience setting up and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools)Practical experience with App Store and Google Play submission and release processesWorking knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or similar)Strong understanding of Git-based workflows and version control best practicesNice to Have:
Experience with native mobile developmentProficiency in native iOS development using SwiftExperience integrating Flutter with native code (platform channels, native SDK integrations)
