About the Team

You’ll work closely with support engineers, backend and platform teams, iOS and Android engineers, and customer-facing teams. This role sits at the intersection of mobile development and production system ownership — giving you broad exposure across mobile, backend, and operations rather than a narrow feature track.

About the Role

We are looking for a Mobile Engineer to own mobile-side investigation, support, and systems reliability for our MHEV (Material Handling Equipment Vision) product. You will be the go-to engineer for customer-reported mobile issues, becoming a deep expert on system behavior across mobile apps, backend services, and infrastructure.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role with a clear growth path into senior or platform engineering. If you want real production ownership, direct customer impact, and broad system exposure, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own mobile-side investigation and resolution for customer-reported issues — tracing problems across mobile apps, backend services, and infrastructure
• Support live MHEV production systems with rapid issue resolution and proactive reliability improvements
• Improve debugging tools, logs, documentation, and runbooks to reduce mean time to resolution across the team
• Support legacy app maintenance and the transition to current-generation apps
• Collaborate with backend and platform engineers to identify and address root causes at the system level
• Build domain expertise in MHEV system behavior to serve as a reliable resource for support and engineering teams
