What you will do
Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iterationWrite and maintain a full unit test suiteHelp manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelinesCollaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practicesWrite performant, scalable and testable code with the help of modern toolsParticipate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architectureParticipate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributionsBalance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible resultsParticipate in interview process to raise the technical bar and to bring new talent
What should my qualifications be?
6+ years of professional software development experience, building and delivering complex software systems to productionStrong experience developing and shipping mobile applications used by real customersExcellent communication skills with minimum B2 English levelComfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with rapid iteration cyclesProven track record of owning feature development, from requirements to delivery, with realistic timelinesExperience working within Scrum and Agile teamsComfortable writing and maintaining technical and supporting documentation
Technical expertise: React Native and Flutter (hands-on, production experience required)Programming Languages: JavaScript / TypeScript, DartCross-platform mobile architectureState management, navigation, and responsive UI designAPIs & Integrations: REST APIs and/or GraphQLCI/CD & Deployment: Mobile CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)App Store and Google Play release processesCloud & Tooling: Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or similar)Git-based workflows and version control best practices
