Network Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

Join our infrastructure team and take ownership of enterprise network environments. You'll manage and optimize LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN solutions, ensuring reliable connectivity while working with modern technologies and contributing to impactful IT projects.

This role is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, with the possibility of hybrid or remote work.

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including Cisco infrastructure components.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues efficiently.
• Support network lifecycle activities, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Analyze incidents and act as a technical point of contact for customers.
• Contribute to network projects and continuously improve operational standards.

Mandatory requirements:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, MPLS, and SD-WAN.
• Experience with Cisco networking technologies.
• Good understanding of routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams and customers.
• Fluency in English and German.
