As a Platform Automation & Integration Engineer at Aevi, you will play a key role in advancing our IT operations through smart automation, integrations, and AI-driven workflows.
You will work closely with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to streamline internal processes, improve platform efficiency, and help build scalable automation solutions that support Aevi’s growing global platform ecosystem.
This role focuses on automation, identity lifecycle management, and Microsoft-native solutions that reduce manual effort, improve standardization, and strengthen operational resilience across our IT environment.
What you'll be doing:
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and integrations across Aevi’s IT systems
Translate operational and business requirements into secure and scalable automation solutions
Develop and implement integrations supporting identity, access, and lifecycle management across platforms
Leverage AI-enabled automation capabilities, ensuring secure usage and protection of sensitive data
Automate security, compliance, and operational event processing
Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize IT processes through automation
Collaborate with IT, Security, and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business priorities and compliance requirements
Promote automation best practices and reusable frameworks across the IT ecosystem
Document workflows, integrations, and automation architecture to support maintainability and knowledge sharing
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio)
Strong understanding of identity and access management, particularly Microsoft Entra ID
Experience with Atlassian platform tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Assets, Rovo, and automation workflows
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Microsoft Graph API
Strong ability to analyze processes and translate requirements into automation solutions
Understanding of IT security and compliance principles, including access control, data protection, and audit requirements
Experience designing secure, compliant, and scalable automation workflows
Strong communication and documentation skills
Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Collaborative team player who enjoys solving complex problems
Bonus if you have:
Experience with low-code / no-code automation platforms
Experience working with AI-driven automation tools
Experience in FinTech, payments, or regulated technology environments
Knowledge of ITSM automation or service operations workflows
Experience designing enterprise integrations across SaaS platforms
