Our Platform Engineering team supports enterprise-grade infrastructure environments that power large-scale automation and application workloads. We combine strong engineering discipline with modern platform practices to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure systems for our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • You will support and operate enterprise-grade infrastructure platforms hosted across private infrastructure and cloud environments, taking ownership of platform stability and operational excellence.
  • Your responsibilities include:
  • Administering and maintaining Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems, including security patching, performance monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Automating operational tasks using Bash scripting.
  • Managing Kubernetes clusters, including cluster monitoring, node and workload management, persistent volume management, and platform upgrades.
  • Troubleshooting operating system and container-level issues across environments.
  • Supporting Microsoft SQL Server environments, including database health checks, login and permission management, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborating with infrastructure, network, and database teams to diagnose issues across compute, storage, and networking layers.
  • Contributing to structured incident, change, and configuration management processes.
  • Maintaining operational documentation and continuously improving platform reliability and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for engineers with a strong ownership mindset who take responsibility for platform reliability and operational quality.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, platform operations, or system administration roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) in production environments.
  • Practical experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production.
  • Experience working with persistent volumes and enterprise storage integration within Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Bash scripting for automation of operational tasks.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure networking fundamentals such as DNS, firewall rules, routing concepts, and load balancing.
  • Experience in private data centre and/or cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
  • Exposure to tools such as ArgoCD or similar GitOps workflows is a plus.
  • Singapore Citizen (required due to projects in regulated industry verticals).
