The Role
We are building a new enterprise software platform and need Senior Engineers to lead the way. We’re looking for someone who has built and scaled great applications, navigated the challenges of growth, and understands the road ahead. This is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives in greenfield environments to shape the foundation and help build something truly lasting from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Start by building on and enhancing the foundations of the application we've established, then transition into leading new, greenfield developmentTake full ownership of key subsystems (e.g. reporting, workflow engines, access control, etc.), evolving them from early-stage implementation to mature, scalable solutions in a multi-tenant enterprise applicationEnsure high-quality, low-drama production with comprehensive testingMentor junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and a strong engineering culture
Requirements
10+ years of software development experienceExtensive experience building multi-tenant SaaS enterprise applicationsStrong background in systems software development, using C, C++, or Java. If Java, some experience focused on low-level systems workRust experience or the desire and ability to pick it up quicklyProven track record of seeing projects through from early-stage development to mid/late-stage successComfortable taking on multiple roles and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environmentSkilled at aligning technical execution with business priorities to drive product successMust be located in PST or MST

Compensation
Base pay: $150,000 - $300,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
