Your mission
In this role, you’ll be part of the team that works on the UiPath Integration Platform and Experiences team, leading and collaborating with engineers in solving real-life challenges related to building API integrations (connectors) with complex third-party enterprise applications.
The UiPath Integration Platform and Experiences (Integration Service) allow customers to create world-class UI and API automation across any app or system or AI agent. Customers can choose from a large and growing catalog of curated best in class connectors like Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Snowflake Cortex AI — and more and automate their workflows. Connectors are the core pieces of integration that help customers manage data on their business systems.

What you'll do at UiPath
Operate with a holistic product mindset, connecting user pain points, system design, and execution to ship high‑quality outcomes at scale around Agentic API automation.
Lead the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of the Integrations platform and experiences, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Architect scalable agentic automation pattern using APIs, event‑driven designs, and LLM‑powered agents to unlock new product capabilities
Work closely with product managers and teams across other locations to innovate and develop best-in-class solutions.
Lead with an AI‑first mindset—identifying high‑value use cases, guiding technical architecture, and enabling teams to responsibly integrate AI across the product lifecycle.
Partner with peers in the Product and Design teams to craft the best building blocks, API guidelines and standards, influence roadmaps and evolve the team’s vision, mission, and strategy
Mentor senior engineers, set best practices, and drive innovation, stay accountable for the software deliverables to meet all requirements of quality, security, scalability, modifiability, extensibility, testability etc.
Inspire the team and partners by bringing in new ideas to the table, defining next-generation interfaces and by providing guidance on best design practices.
What you'll bring to the team
Bachelor’s/master's degree in engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
12+ years of experience architecting and engineering world-class, large scale commercial applications and services.
Deep engineering expertise with strong product intuition to translate customer needs into scalable, high‑impact solutions
Possess solid understanding of AI/Agent capabilities and have hands‑on experience leveraging GenAI, LLMs, and automation frameworks to drive meaningful product and engineering outcomes
Proficiency in one or more system level programming languages (C#, Java etc.) and a willingness to learn new ones
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, architectural design patterns, system design and data structures, and algorithms.
Good grasp of multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous, and cloud programming. Experience working with Cloud ecosystems such as Azure, AWS, GCP
Familiar with modern engineering practices, including agile development, CI/CD and DevOps.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or other containerization technologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience in delivering critical time-bound projects, managing timelines, and team development.
Proven track record of effectively collaborating with globally distributed teams.
Ability to understand, communicate, provide feedback on, and drive complex technical decisions.
Nice to have
understanding LLMs and the AI powered API automation
Programming experience with Java
Full-stack development experience
Knowledge of third-party complex API integrations such as Salesforce, Netsuite etc.
