About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Engineer (Backend Focus) who combines strong backend expertise with a product-oriented mindset and a modern, AI-first approach to software development. This is not a traditional backend-only role. We need someone who can think beyond tickets and requirements — someone who can translate high-level business objectives into technical solutions and working prototypes.
In this role, you will design and implement backend systems primarily using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, while leveraging AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, LLM-based assistants, and other generative systems to accelerate development responsibly. The goal is not simply to generate more code — it’s to build faster without compromising architecture, testing discipline, QA processes, or release stability.
You will operate autonomously, take ownership of architectural decisions when needed, and help evolve how engineering teams work in an AI-accelerated environment. This role is ideal for someone who balances speed, quality, and maintainability while continuously improving delivery processes.
