Accountabilities
Lead 1-on-1 meetings to support team growth and performance.Manage and elevate performance through clear goal-setting and feedback.Coach and develop engineers at various skill levels.Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.Oversee planning and delivery of engineering projects.Promote engineering best practices and oversee quality outputs.Collaborate with different teams to ensure alignment and mitigate obstacles.Communicate effectively across all levels, from engineers to leadership.
Requirements
5+ years managing software engineering teams.7+ years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor.Experience with cloud-native environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and engineering best practices.Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical gaps.Commitment to developing high-performing teams.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
