Accountabilities
Define the long-term strategy for the DevEx team in alignment with broader engineering goals.Direct the creation of standardized IDE configurations and plugins for a seamless developer experience.Identify opportunities to enhance developer productivity through measurable metrics.Lead the consolidation of AI tools and oversee the implementation of a unified AI strategy.Collaborate with leadership to manage library versions, balancing efficiency and security.Establish engineering standards and governance models across product teams.Oversee the design of CI/CD workflows and manage transitions to modern build tools.
Requirements
2+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams focused on tooling or developer productivity.5+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in TypeScript/Node.js ecosystems.Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD platforms, and the current landscape of AI-assisted engineering.Ability to translate developer pain points into a strategic technical roadmap.A passion for creating internal products that prioritize developer satisfaction.
