Build new functionality for an industry-leading solar design and sales platformDesign and maintain APIs ensuring smooth integrations with financial and sales partnersDevelop scalable, secure services focused on long-term performanceStrengthen agile processes to achieve predictable, high-impact outcomes in sprintsMentor teammates to foster a collaborative engineering cultureOwn the services you build, participating in on-call rotations for operational excellence
Requirements
5+ years of experience in building and shipping production softwareProficiency in Ruby on Rails or Python, with a willingness to learn other languagesStrong SQL and Postgres fundamentals, with experience in data models and performanceFamiliarity with JavaScript or TypeScript and ReactInterest in working across the tech stack, from database to frontendExcellent communication skills for cross-functional collaborationAbility to thrive in a fully remote team environment
