Requirements
5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 in a senior roleStrong backend experience in Python, Django, TypeScript, or Node.jsFamiliarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQLExperience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with event-driven systemsProven leadership in complex technical projects, making design decisions, and guiding implementationAbility to coach and support teammates while fostering a culture of continuous improvementConfidence in navigating ambiguity and aligning stakeholders toward meaningful outcomesWillingness to learn and utilize AI tools for improving efficiency
