ABOUT YOU:
We are searching for a driven BackendSoftware Developer who will play a pivotal role in turning digital concepts into reality. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, testing, developing, and maintaining prime software experiences.

The first three months will require full-time office presence, after which the position will allow for a flexible schedule with 2-3 days per week in the office.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications and APIs, with a focus on C#.NET and TypeScript/JavaScript services.Build secure, reliable, and compliant solutions with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and maintainability.Collaborate with user experience designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver new features, platform improvements, and bug fixes.Write testable, reliable code and implement continuous deployment practices for production systems.Participate in design and code reviews, providing technical feedback to uphold engineering excellence.Mentor and support the career development of engineers through methodologies like pair programming and technical guidance.Analyze and optimize application code, APIs, and distributed systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot large-scale systems to maintain high availability and resolve issues in a timely manner.Stay current with emerging technologies, leading hands-on implementation efforts and driving innovation across the platform.
YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of professional software development experience Extensive experience with one or more of the following technologies: C#.NET, TypeScript/JavaScript, Docker, Kafka, and AWS services, coupled with a strong aptitude for learning new tools and frameworksExperience building RESTful APIs and working with databasesIn-depth knowledge of large-scale web application design, including clustering, caching, performance tuning, and scalability strategiesUnderstanding of agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and agile engineering practices like Test-Driven Development, Continuous integration, and other Extreme programming practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
