We are searching for a driven Node.js Developer who will play a pivotal role in turning digital concepts into reality. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, testing, developing, and maintaining prime software experiences.

The first three months will require full-time office presence, after which the position will allow for a flexible schedule with 2-3 days per week in the office.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Demonstrate capability in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining large-scale cloud-native applications using Node.js;Design and implement highly performant RESTful APIs and data processing pipelines for mobile, web, and 3rd party integrations;Build scalable backend services using modern Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS, Fastify);Maintain relentless focus on the qualitative aspects of backend services including performance, scalability, observability, reliability, and security;Work with asynchronous programming patterns and event-driven architectures;Participate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to key technical decisions;Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills;Handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously in a cross-functional team environment.
YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience;5+ years of professional software development experience;Strong experience building robust backend services and REST APIs using Node.js;Experience with frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or similar;Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, Promises, async/await, and event loop;Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL – e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB);Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP);Basic knowledge of frontend technologies – JavaScript, TypeScript;Understanding of Agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles (CI/CD, Docker, etc.);Passion for software development, emerging technologies, and innovation culture;Positive mindset and can-do attitude;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
