This role sits at the heart of cloud-native solution delivery, where you will design and build scalable applications on AWS for a diverse set of enterprise clients. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, production-ready cloud solutions. The environment is highly collaborative and consulting-driven, combining technical depth with direct client interaction. You will contribute across the full software lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and optimization, ensuring high-quality delivery in fast-moving Agile teams. This position offers exposure to modern cloud architectures, DevOps practices, and emerging technologies such as Generative AI. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cloud-native solutions on AWS while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and clients. You will contribute to architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing optimization of scalable systems, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to design and deliver cloud-native solutions
- Translate client requirements into well-structured technical implementations and backlog-driven development work
- Write, test, and maintain production-ready code across AWS-based environments
- Build and contribute to application components, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure as needed per project
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and demos
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments
- Conduct code reviews and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing and engineering best practices
- Engage directly with clients to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery outcomes
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture
- Proficiency in Python and/or Java for backend and application development
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade applications
- Solid understanding of modern software architecture and distributed systems
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation tools
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and interest in innovation-driven development
- Experience in client-facing or consulting/professional services environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in Agile teams and contribute to iterative delivery cycles
