We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in SAP environments and GitLab CI/CD to support automation initiatives, develop reusable pipeline components, and contribute to hardening and remediation efforts across on-prem and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, with a strong focus on SAP platforms.
Develop, standardize, and document reusable CI/CD pipeline templates and components.
Automate manual deployment, release, and remediation processes.
Implement and support DevSecOps best practices, including security, quality, and compliance checks within pipelines.
Collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support on-prem (VMware) and cloud (GCP / Kubernetes) environments.
Contribute to the definition and adoption of DevOps standards and best practices across the organization.
Support knowledge sharing and technical guidance within the DevOps team.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, including pipeline design, implementation, and optimization.
Proven experience working with SAP environments (on-prem and/or cloud).
Experience creating and maintaining reusable CI/CD templates, blueprints, or shared components.
Solid knowledge of VMware-based on-prem infrastructure.
Experience with Kubernetes and GCP is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of DevOps / DevSecOps practices and automation tooling.
Good documentation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
