You will take ownership of complex systems, implementing automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code to optimize workflows and operational reliability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and influence technical strategies that shape long-term infrastructure direction. • Lead the design, performance tuning, and debugging of scalable systems, including OpenSearch, Kafka, and MongoDB.
• Architect, implement, and manage infrastructure automation and deployment processes across cloud providers using both containerized and VM-based solutions.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance software delivery efficiency.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, availability, and security through proactive measures.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for reproducible and consistent environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation, deployment strategies, and operational practices.
• Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and promote best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant DevOps or IT infrastructure experience.
• Expertise in infrastructure automation, containerization, and orchestration tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline optimization, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
• Strong scripting, version control, and system architecture skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence technical decisions.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and high-level proficiency with relevant tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of security, reliability, and performance best practices for enterprise systems.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical growth.
• Open-source contributions relevant to infrastructure and data systems are a plus.
